3. Processing of your personal data
3.1. You ensure that you will provide the Company with accurate and correct personal data and will not provide data of third parties.
3.2. The Company acts as an intermediary of financial services. The Company will help you obtain a loan on highly favorable terms. The Company finds the most suitable creditor offers for you and provides a proposal that best meets your expectations. 3.3. The main purpose of the Company’s processing of personal data is to ensure the provision of the Company’s Services, i.e., your personal data is processed for intermediation purposes related to the provision of financial services (including creditworthiness and financial risk assessment). The Company provides your personal data to the Company’s partners (credit providers), who will assess your ability to obtain a loan and provide loan offers.
3.4. The Company processes personal data for the purposes of customer identification, provision of Services, marketing, as well as through the use of cookies on the Company’s website.
3.5. For identification purposes, the following personal data is processed: name, surname, personal identification number, and bank account details.
3.6. For the purpose of providing Services, the following personal data is processed: name, surname, personal identification number, email address, phone number, passport or ID card number, loan amount, loan type, loan repayment term, type of residence, residential address, city and country, information on whether your close family member and/or close associate is a politically exposed person, employer, income data, source of income, marital status, financial obligations, debts, bank account details, and financial banking transactions.
3.7. For marketing purposes, the following personal data is processed: name, surname, email address, phone number, your actions when using the Company’s website (what information you search for), and your geographical location.
3.8. The Company has the right to use cookies on its website, which collect information about your actions while using the website (what information you search for) and your geographical location. For this purpose, information about you may be obtained from third parties (e.g., the State Enterprise Centre of Registers, the State Social Insurance Fund Board under the Ministry of Social Security and Labour, the State Tax Inspectorate under the Ministry of Finance, SE “Regitra”, UAB “Creditinfo Lietuva”, the Bank of Lithuania, and other legal entities). The Company is not responsible for the personal data protection policies applied by its partners (credit providers). Each partner (credit provider) processes your personal data according to its own internal data protection policies, which we recommend reviewing before submitting an application through our website.

3.11. The Company will store your personal data for no longer than 10 years from the date of its receipt (submission).
4. Your rights and their implementation

4.3. In order for the Company to implement the above-mentioned rights, you must submit a written request to the Company in a form that allows us to identify you, i.e., the request must be signed by you and accompanied by a copy of your identity document, or you may confirm your identity via electronic communication means in accordance with applicable legal requirements that allow proper identification. The Company will examine submitted requests no later than within 1 month from the date of receipt.
