1. General provisions

MB Wow financing, company code 304200649, registered address Laisvės pr. 60, Vilnius (hereinafter – the Company), when processing personal data, follows Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter – GDPR), the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania, as well as other legal acts regulating the processing and protection of personal data.
1.2. The Company respects the privacy of all individuals and its clients and is committed to ensuring the security of your personal data when visiting the Company’s website www.wowfinancing.lt (hereinafter – the Website) and using all services provided by the Company (hereinafter – Services).
1.3. In the Company’s Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Privacy Policy), you are provided with information about the Company’s policy regarding the collection, processing, and storage of personal data.
1.4. The terms used in the Privacy Policy correspond to those used in the GDPR and the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania.
1.5. By browsing the Company’s website and/or using the Services provided by the Company, you agree to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the procedures set out in this Privacy Policy.

3. Processing of your personal data
3.1. You ensure that you will provide the Company with accurate and correct personal data and will not provide data of third parties.
3.2. The Company acts as an intermediary of financial services. The Company will help you obtain a loan on highly favorable terms. The Company finds the most suitable creditor offers for you and provides a proposal that best meets your expectations. You have the right to contact the Company by email at privacy@wowfinancing.lt and obtain information about how your personal data is processed, which creditors the Company cooperates with, and other related information.
3.3. The main purpose of the Company’s processing of personal data is to ensure the provision of the Company’s Services, i.e., your personal data is processed for intermediation purposes related to the provision of financial services (including creditworthiness and financial risk assessment). The Company provides your personal data to the Company’s partners (credit providers), who will assess your ability to obtain a loan and provide loan offers.
3.4. The Company processes personal data for the purposes of customer identification, provision of Services, marketing, as well as through the use of cookies on the Company’s website.
3.5. For identification purposes, the following personal data is processed: name, surname, personal identification number, and bank account details.
3.6. For the purpose of providing Services, the following personal data is processed: name, surname, personal identification number, email address, phone number, passport or ID card number, loan amount, loan type, loan repayment term, type of residence, residential address, city and country, information on whether your close family member and/or close associate is a politically exposed person, employer, income data, source of income, marital status, financial obligations, debts, bank account details, and financial banking transactions.
3.7. For marketing purposes, the following personal data is processed: name, surname, email address, phone number, your actions when using the Company’s website (what information you search for), and your geographical location.
3.8. The Company has the right to use cookies on its website, which collect information about your actions while using the website (what information you search for) and your geographical location. If you do not agree to cookies being stored on your computer or other device, you can change your browser settings and disable/enable all or some cookies. However, please note that in some cases this may slow down your browsing speed, limit the functionality of certain websites, or block access to the Company’s website.
3.9. The Company’s partners (credit providers) perform the assessment of your creditworthiness directly within the specific partner’s (credit provider’s) system. For this purpose, information about you may be obtained from third parties (e.g., the State Enterprise Centre of Registers, the State Social Insurance Fund Board under the Ministry of Social Security and Labour, the State Tax Inspectorate under the Ministry of Finance, SE “Regitra”, UAB “Creditinfo Lietuva”, the Bank of Lithuania, and other legal entities). The Company is not responsible for the personal data protection policies applied by its partners (credit providers). Each partner (credit provider) processes your personal data according to its own internal data protection policies, which we recommend reviewing before submitting an application through our website.
3.10. The Company’s partners (credit providers) and their privacy policies.
3.11. The Company will store your personal data for no longer than 10 years from the date of its receipt (submission).
4. Your rights and their implementation
4.1. You have the following rights established by the GDPR:
4.1.1. To be informed about the processing of your personal data;
4.1.2. To access your personal data being processed;
4.1.3. To withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data;
4.1.4. To request the correction of inaccurate personal data related to you;
4.1.5. To request the erasure of your personal data (“right to be forgotten”);

4.1.9. To lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate regarding the potentially unlawful processing of your personal data.

4.3. In order for the Company to implement the above-mentioned rights, you must submit a written request to the Company in a form that allows us to identify you, i.e., the request must be signed by you and accompanied by a copy of your identity document, or you may confirm your identity via electronic communication means in accordance with applicable legal requirements that allow proper identification. The Company will examine submitted requests no later than within 1 month from the date of receipt.
5. Data security
5.1. When processing your personal data, the Company implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure protection against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, or disclosure of your personal data.
5.2. Employees of the Company who are authorized to process personal data or to organize and ensure its protection must comply with this Privacy Policy and legal acts regulating the protection of personal data.
5.3. In the event of a personal data breach, the Company shall notify the State Data Protection Inspectorate no later than within 72 hours from the moment it becomes aware of the breach.
5.4. Where a personal data breach is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals, the Company shall promptly inform the affected individuals by email.
5.5. The Company encourages its clients to be careful when protecting their personal data, to use computers with installed and updated antivirus software, and to be cautious of emails, SMS messages, or other communications from unknown or suspicious sources, as they may contain viruses, malware, or phishing attempts.
5.6. Please note that the Company never sends emails, SMS messages, or other communications asking clients to update their personal data or provide private information that the Company does not collect or process (e.g., online banking login details).
